Every Starter and Professional plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features in your selected tier — no credit card required. Our team will help you onboard your first models during the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can move between tiers at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as an 'AI model' in the inventory?
Each distinct model version that you register in AuditTrail counts as one model. Different versions of the same model (e.g., v1 and v2) count separately since each has its own risk profile and governance lifecycle.
Is my data secure?
AuditTrail is SOC 2 Type II compliant with end-to-end encryption at rest and in transit. We operate in isolated tenant environments and never use customer data for training. Enterprise customers can deploy in their own VPC.
Which regulatory frameworks do you support?
Out of the box, AuditTrail supports EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001 mappings. Enterprise customers can define fully custom frameworks. We continuously add new regulations as they emerge.
